Job Description
Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize workflow across all business units.Design and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive operational success.Oversee risk management processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.Identify opportunities for automation and technological enhancements to drive operational excellence.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.5 years of progressive experience in Fintech operations, with a focus on operational excellence.Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and optimizing operational workflows.Proven leadership experience in operational roles within the Fintech industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.In-depth knowledge of Fintech operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Strategic thinking with the ability to align operational initiatives with overall business goals.
